As part of your SEO package, you will receive TWO written articles Per month for 12 months.
Phase 1 – Stationery Design and Print.
Using your existing logo we will design and supply you with:
• 1000 Business Cards on 350gsm matt laminated
• 1000 Letterheads printed onto 115gsm Smooth white paper
• 1000 Compliment Slips printed onto 115gsm Smooth white paper
Phase 2 – Website design & build.
We propose to design you a brand new website.
Building the site to a content management system, we will work with you to produce a design that showcases the work you carry out and acts as your online portfolio.
Relying heavily on visuals, we will create an aesthetically appealing new website design. We will consult with you to form a brief and present our initial ideas to you. Once you are happy with a design, we will create a working mock up of the site for you to look at and navigate through. We will then transfer the design to your domain name upon sign off of the finished design.
Phase 3 – Local Search Engine Optimisation.
We believe that this is the most important element of promoting your business online and is essential for driving traffic to your site. We recommend optimising your site for 20 keywords to ensure that customers can find your business online via the correct search terms and for your unique selling points.
Working alongside you and/or your team, we will monitor the new structure of your site and ensure that all titles, meta descriptions and keywords are correctly filled in. We will ensure that all images can be read by search engines such as Google by applying the appropriate ALT TAGS to any images throughout the site.
We will implement an internal linking strategy, linking internal pages together so that users and search engine spiders can navigate through your website with ease. We will also work on an external linking strategy to build up your own websites popularity. We will only link using ethical companies/websites and no other organisations in direct competition with yourself.
As part of your SEO package, you will receive 1 written article per month.
You will also receive monthly analytic reports to show how your new website is performing, who is visiting your site and which pages are of most interest.
Payment
Payment is a 50/50 split – Upfront and on completion.
Pages for the website will be agreed before the deposit invoice is sent. There will be no charge for the initial consultation. Any additional pages that are added to the website after the statement of works is signed will incur a £75.00 per page charge as standard.
Work will not resume until the deposit has been paid. Its an estimated 4 week turnover if all content and images are supplied appropriately as requested.
The website will not go live until the final payment has been received.
*Domain names and Web hosting are the responsibility of the customer to maintain. WOW Design will advise and support with the setup process.
